In what order do you do things?

Let's just hope he decides to go with pulling the pants up before washing hands when he's at school, otherwise making friends is going to be tricky.

(Sick of seeing our kids half naked on this blog?)

Happy Birthday Olivia

You are the funniest, cutest, sweetest little girl and you are an even more amazing multi-tasker. Happy birthday baby girl!

Oh she's got sass---

This girl makes me want to laugh and cry all in the same moment.
Let's just say she's got personality.
It's funny to see the personality of the second child compared to the first.
She's feisty, knows what she wants, and doesn't mess around to get it.
I'm learning a lot. Learning to embrace her sassyness (it's a word, right).

Good thing she's so dang cute---we'll keep her.
We have been in "potty training" mode. This is her with her 4 babies making sure all there diapers are changed and then she takes them one by one and puts them on the toilet.
One pair of underwear is not good enough for O, we must wear 4.

Also one slice of cheese will not suffice, we must have the entire brick.

And when you ask her to go get her pj's this is what you get.
She loves being naked.
Can't resist those buns.

Thank goodness for the "down" moments.
Seriously wouldn't be be bored without them!?!

Finally!

Most of you are already aware of what Aimee has been through lately. We are happy to report that it seams like we are finally on our way to normal. After an ultrasound, x-ray, one lapraoscopic surgery, a CT scan, another ultrasound, a second laparoscopic surgery turned laparoectomy combined with ultrasound and fluoroscopy we finally got it. I present the world's most elusive IUD.

(my apologies to the squeamish) They found this little bastard tangled in the omentum so that's what the IUD is all covered in. Aim is pretty sore and still feeling a little tired. Here she is sleepy off an anesthesia hangover.

Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers and to everyone who has brought food and helped with the kids. The kids and I are doing our best to help Aimee recover. Now if we can just keep the kids and dog from jumping on Aimee as they try to cuddle her but she's just so cuddly.
