Happy One Week!

Happy one week sweet little babes.
Ty and I agree it's been one of the shortest longest weeks of our lives :)
They really are good babies and we feel so grateful they are part of our family. This is how they sleep, always cuddling. If you take one away the other is sure to cry. Now they just need to put on some more weight---were working on that.
I promise to post more soon, I promise a "birth story".
But for now I must sleep :)

A few pics for your pleasure

So this is the best I can do for now but I hope you can appreciate the awesomeness of these cuties even with these mobile pics. Everyone is doing good but the babes have lost a little too much weight so they are staying in the hospital another night for now and that means Aimee (aka. Baby food) is staying as well. As soon as we are all home and a little less crazy I'll download the good pics and get a real post up. Thank yous to everyone for helping out the last few days. We have been have been blessed with some incredible friends and family!

They are here!

Meet little Nora Junie Smith (on the left) born today at 2:40 pm weighing 4 tiny pounds and 8 itsy bitsy ounces and Crosby Hartley Smith (on the right) born at 2:44 pm weighing 5 hefty pounds and 4 midsized ounces. All are doing well including mom....she is just ready for a good nights rest. We are so happy to have them here and healthy and feel so blessed for all the support of friends and family both here and afar. Aimee never stops amazing me and she did so again today. A natural birth is an amazing thing with one but with twins....she is wonder woman in the flesh! More pics will come soon but until then, please feel free to drool over the cuteness of this one.

It snowed a little bit today

This is how mother nature sticks it to those who laugh off a blizzard warning.

Now let's hope Aimee doesn't go into labor....there's no way I'm in good enough shape to get us shoveled out in time. Plus I would be so sore that I wouldn't be able to hold a baby for at least a week.
